I have not logged into Facebook and Twitter since Tuesday, March 8th. I have not used any app or any program that gives me direct access to my Facebook and Twitter.

I hear my GetGlue activities are well known as everyone knows what GetGlue stickers I’ve earned. I usually like to clean those sticker things up. But I can’t get in there and clean them up until Monday, April 25th. Sorry! Now I don’t consider GetGlue a social network. I just don’t! Even if they call themselves a social network and the GetGlue app on my android is under social networks I just don’t see it as a social network. I mean, you just check into things and try to get stickers by checking into things. That’s all GetGlue really is. There is hardly any socializing going on over there. None of my friends on Facebook or Twitter communicate with me over there. And I have no clue what my friends on Facebook or Twitter are doing. So that’s why I miss my Facebook and Twitter friends.

As I’ve stated in an earlier post for Lent (March 9-April 25) I’ve given up my social networks. I’ve even addressed the issue of possible cheating in in another post. But whatever I post here on my “OPENING ACT” website is fed to my twitter, facebook and tumblr and is posted via feed. I am not posting them directly and I am unable to read @AprilLiesel twitter replies nor am I able to read comments or see who might have liked anything on my Facebook or Tumblr. So really don’t see how I’m cheating. But oh well! People are going to say what they are going to say. Besides my Lent is between God and me. As I’ve stated in previous posts.

But I am curious as to what’s going on in the lives of those I follow on Twitter and my Friends on Facebook. I also wish I could say “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” to everyone there too. Anyways, if you’re a regular visitor of this website you will notice that I’m running behind in terms of my last update. I did post the one about “MY IDENTITY.” But my schedule is so packed and busy that it will take longer to post what I had wanted. I will likely post the Mother Teresa post and the one about the kind of Man I’m looking for in my life right now later on today if not late into the night into tomorrow morning. The time consuming part of it isn’t the writing but it’s the creating of slide shows for each post or putting an image to it. In general I’d like to have an image, slide show or video associated with each entry so it’s not so boring.

Next week I hope to start a “FRIDAY NIGHT BED TIME STORY.” Nope! It’s not for kids that’s for sure. But I hope to post short stories out of my journal that I’ve written. I tend to write a lot of stories in my various journals. They’re short stories but they’ll probably be long reads in terms of this website. They’re meant for an adult audience and an audience that isn’t anal and uptight. This is my art this is not my real life. You will find them in the My Artistic & Creative Side section of this website.

Anyways, I think I’m a bit time warped with this one hour difference day light savings time thingy. Not only that, my clock in general is messed up as I don’t have a set sleeping schedule and I’m awake living my dreams all the time.
